The Capital Area Humane Society, a not-for-profit animal welfare
organization founded in 1883, provides programs and services for
animals and people in Central Ohio. More than 95% of our
funding is provided by donations and fees for services, we are not a
government agency and we do not receive operating support from
national organizations.
The organizations and companies on this page are offering our
friends and supporters additional ways to support our mission:
Introducing
Banking with a Cause!
Add
Paws Banking to any Huntington personal checking account and brag
about your pets each time you use your Visa®
Check card and Checks®. Plus,
once Huntington reaches a certain number of Paws Banking customers,
they will make a donation to the Capital Area Humane Society's
Animal Cruelty Investigations. The more people who sign up for Paws
banking, the higher the potential donation. Huntington is a bank
invested in people. And in four-legged furry friends.

Each
Year Kroger’s Community Rewards program allows you to donate
a portion of your Kroger Purchases to the non-profit
organization of your choice. The Capital Area Humane
Society is lucky to be one of those organizations and we
have earned nearly $6,000 in the last year.
