Dog and Puppy Training

Teach your dog to be a great companion and a polite family member using positive, science-based methods.

The cost for each six-week course is $85 or $70 for animals adopted from Capital Area Humane Society and Capital Area Humane Society Members, volunteers of 100+ hours and staff.  First DOG class is for owners only.  First PUPPY class is for owners and puppies.  Attendance is required.

Please bring:

Current vaccination records from your veterinarian.  Food allergy alert!  Peanut butter is used in class.  Wear casual clothing and athletic shoes.

Beginning Basic Training for Puppies
For dogs under 6 months old
(must be at least 12 weeks old)

New:  puppies can join at any time providing there is space available.  Payment is for six consecutive weeks.
