The cost for each seven-week course is $75, or $60 for animals adopted from Capital Area Humane Society and Capital Area Humane Society Members, or $30 for Capital Area Humane Society volunteers  and staff.

Classes are one hour/week, for seven consecutive weeks.

Basic Training for Puppies
For dogs under 6 months old
(must be at least 12 weeks old)

Basic Training for Dogs
For dogs 6 months or older

Class size is limited; please register early to secure your spot.  Payments are non-refundable.

First class is for owners only -- no dogs or puppies please.  Attendance is required.

Please bring:

Current vaccination records from your veterinarian.

Food allergy alert!  Peanut butter is used in class.

Wear casual clothing and athletic shoes.
